A:faulty items must be returned within 7 days.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:yes there is a 50p discount for each additional item and an extra 10% off the whole order if you buy 3 or more items.

A:we aim to post within 24hrs of recieveing cleared payment. but please do allow up to 7 working days for uk delivery and 15 working days for non uk orders.
