We use several dependable suppliers for our products, however, all herbs ship from one single dependable supplier. We will ship each supplier's products with combined shipping whenever possible, however,  if you order multiple products with your herbs, they may ship from separate suppliers. Expiration Date -  Our supplier has been supplying wonderful herbs to the herbal marketplace for over 20 years. Herb shipments are frequently received. Herbs are always fresh and potent!! There is no specific expiration date-herbs will stay fresh for 18-24 months if stored in a cool, dry, darkened area (away from sunlight). Other suppliers have herbs available that expire in 6 months-be aware-don't throw your money away on herbs that are due to expire!! A good rule of thumb-if it smells good, it is good to use. Once it loses its aroma, it needs to be replaced.

Fair Shipping Costs - We only charge the actual cost that our supplier charges us to ship within the U.S. and international shipping. We do not increase shipping costs to make a profit, as many sellers do!

Guarantee & Refund - We stand behind our herbs and products 100%!! Complete satisfaction is our goal! Defective items will be refunded or replaced-your choice. Shipping and handling is not included in the refund unless defective. We must receive notification of a refund within 14 days of receipt of order. Authorization and instructions to return will be given at that time.

Pre-filled capsules and tablets that you purchase from other sites may contain Maltodextrin! Shipping International - At this time, we are unable to ship our herbs to the Russian Federation, Latvia and South Africa-we apologize for the inconvenience! If an international destination is not available for postage on USPS.com, your order will be refunded. Our herb supplier only ships USPS International Priority. Shipping time is determined by USPS. International orders are delivered in an estimated 12-20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Insurance and tracking are not available. Our supplier does not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations, along with eBay, prohibit such behavior. Shipping U.S. - Orders ship within 24 hours of payment (excluding weekends and holidays). We ship all orders UPS Ground with tracking-approx. 2-8 business day delivery. International orders, P.O. Box, Alaska, Hawaii and outlying territories will ship USPS. USPS First Class/Parcel Post-approx. 3-7 business day delivery. USPS Priority-approx. 2-5 business day delivery. USPS orders do not have tracking. No weekend or holiday order processing or shipping!!

Sold Out Herbs -  Due to the popularity of an herb, an herb may be temporarily sold out. We will immediately refund your order and provide a restock date (if available). We apologize for the inconvenience.

Tracking Your Order -  Orders ship within 24-hours of payment (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders received after 5:00 P.M. EST are processed the following business day. No weekend OR holiday processing or shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation on all orders as soon as your order ships. Tracking numbers: Your UPS tracking number will appear on your "Order Details" page in eBay. USPS orders do not have tracking numbers.

 Verbiage:  Our herbs are minimally processed, and have no artificial ingredients, preservatives, have not been fumigated or irradiated to maintain the integrity of the products. Our statement of "organic" simply indicates 100% pure-not certified organic unless stated as such in the listing. We offer many Certified Organic herbs also!! "Certified Organic" indicates the item has been grown according to strict uniform standards that are verified by independent state or private organizations. Certification includes inspections of farm fields and processing facilities, detailed record keeping, and periodic testing of soil and water to ensure that growers and handlers are meeting the standards which have been set.  "Certified Organic" products cost considerably more in order to pay for these processes. "Certified Organic" herbs are USDA Certified.

Weight:  Most all of our herbs are packaged in 1 lb. bags to save you money on the cost of both the herb and shipping! Our herbs stay fresh and potent for months (some herbs for years)! Stretch your dollar and save yourself time as well as money - always order 1 lb. whenever possible!!
