| A:In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall seek to make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:We are happy to combine orders to save on shipping. In the UK we will ship combined orders at a capped price of £4.99. This includes all books in our Ebay shop and all auctions ending within 5 days of each other.
Internationally multiple orders can take advantage of our heavily discounted courier rates. Cantact us for more details. |

| A:Most orders leave within 24 hours, on a next-day delivery. We are quick, as our feedback attests. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:It depends on weight, but we cap postage at £4.99 in the UK regardless of how many books are being sold. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes we do, worldwide. We generally list with Airmail rates or Surface for heavier books. Surface is economic and reliable but slow (6 to 9 weeks). For those interested in buying several books we offer heavily discounted Parcelforce rates. Books will be received in days at a very reasonable cost. Contact us for more details. |
