THE JERSEY HQ ships via UPS (Overnight) and USPS throughout the USA. Our shipping charges are based on the shipping method you select at checkout as well as the items in your shopping cart. Your total shipping charge should automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. If the cost of shipment to your location exceeds the amount collected, you will be responsible for the additional shipping. In this event, we will contact you prior to shipping your order.

ALASKA, HAWAII, PO BOXES, AND MILITARY ADDRESSES
All orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or Military address are shipped via US Postal service.

SALES TAX
State law requires that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Nevada 7.75% sales tax applies to all Nevada residents. There are no taxes charged on orders being shipped outside of Nevada.

ORDER PROCESSING
Items paid for by PayPal will usually leave our warehouse in one to two business days after we receive your cleared payment. Mail In Payments may take an extra one - two business days to process after we receive payment. In some rare occasions, orders may take more than 2-5 business days to ship. Generally, we try to keep you updated as to the order status if your order will take longer, especially if we will need more than 2-5 business days. The Shipping and Customer Service Dept. is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. UPS does not deliver/transit items on weekends or holidays.

All of the items we sell are also available for sale in our other retail establishments. We try to only list items with high quantity, and many items are reserved solely for the auctions. However, at times some low quantity items that are in our retail stores are listed on eBay. All of our listings have accurate quantities upon listing, and are updated on a regular basis. Occasionally items may become sold out, especially on weekends and holidays. If your item is unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible. This may be before the auction ends, shortly after, or within a few business days after we receive your order information. We will gladly refund any payments made as soon as possible and/or suggest items of equal or higher value that you can substitute for your purchase if available. By bidding, you agree to this possibility. If you do not agree, please do not bid (or at least contact us before bidding to check availability).  All information on this page is accurate to the best of our knowledge. Most of the pictures and descriptions are of the exact item you will receive. At times we do use the same picture for different sizes/colors. Q: How do I contact you directly?
Q: I have not received a reply to a question. What should I do?

A: Please continue to email us. We receive 100's of emails a day and its almost impossible to answer all of them. It is always possible that we did not receive your message, or that we had replied and you did not receive our reply.

Q: I am upset, confused, disappointed, unaware, lost, sorry, or just not sure how to feel!
A: We understand that sometimes things don't always go as planned. That is why we are here to help. Whether the item you won isn't available... You think the shipping amount is too much... You accidentally placed a bid... Forgot to pay us in time... Haven't received any replies from us... Or you are just having a bad day. We are willing to work with you IF you are willing to work with us. We are human as are you. We make mistakes as do you. Let us know what the problem is, we will try to come up with a solution that works for BOTH of us! 

Q: I bid on an item, but now I see one for less and would rather have that one!
Q: I bid on an item, but I really need a different Size. Can I switch it?

A: Unfortunately placing your bid is your agreement to pay for that item. If we switch your item, then it is unfair to all of the other bidders that accepted there price they stated when bidding. This also undermines the entire eBay auction and bidding...  

Q: I am having problems bidding, checking out, or submitting a payment. What should I do?
A: If you experience any problems, email us as soon as possible. We are ready to assist you. If you know your total, just send it through Paypal! We will do the rest!

Q: I was told that the item I bid on and won is unavailable. What should I do?
A: At times items may become sold out overnight, on weekends, holidays, or during busy time. Please note that all auctions state this policy, and by bidding you have agreed that the item may be unavailable. However, we are more than happy to recommend similar items that you can substitute for your order. You may also cancel your order and request a refund which will be processed as soon as possible. If you wish to substitute your order for an higher or lower cost item, you may be responsible for the upgrade, or we will refund the difference for the downgrade. Contact us for more details.

Q: How long does it take to process, ship, or receive my purchase?
A: All orders are processed as the items reach our shipping facility and are packaged.  However, some orders do take longer than others. Please visit our shipping section or Contact us for your order status. Usually we can ship within 3-5 business days after payment in received, but some low quantity items may take longer. We will try to keep you updated if the order may take longer.

Q: What will happen after I place my bid?
A: After you place your bid, you will receive an email from us with a summary of your purchase and a link to checkout. You can follow that link to pay for your item(s). After you pay for your item(s), you should receive an order confirmation from us within 24-48 hours. If there are any problems or your order is delayed, you should  receive updates every 24-48 hours. The shipment confirmation email will have a tracking number for the order. USPS orders may take a few additional days to process (usually APO, FPO, PO are shipped USPS). 

Q: I don't see my size. Do you have something in my size? Do you have more equipment?
A: If you do not see anything in in your size you may search our eBay Store using the model of the item as a keyword. Sometimes the sizes are listed in the title, so you could search for a model name and a size or just one of the fore mentioned. If you don't see your size in our eBay store or website, we probably don't have it in stock. However, feel free to ask us... We may just have a very low quantity, and not have listed it!

Q: What if my question has not been answered through email?
A: We normally respond to all emails and telephone messages within 24-48 hours. If you still have questions that have not been answered, try to Contact us during normal business hours. 

Q: I found the same item you have for cheaper somewhere else. Will you match or beat that price?
A: We strive to offer the best in sports apparel at the best price. At times another store may lower their price for the item or their shipping. Often we can match the item price an sometimes beat it by 10%. So if you see it for less, check with us first. Please note that we cannot match or beat any and every advertised priced that is lower than us.
