If after 15 working days (21 days for overseas) which is the Royal Mail
guidelines for lost mail your order has not arrived. Please email us and
we will happily resolve the issue. we can not do anything before this
date as Royal mail only investigate claims after 15 and 21 working days.

Please wait until towards the end of the delivery period, as delivery within
1 week is not expected at the moment.
Of course if your order was a pre order, the purchase will be posted no

Due to Paypal rules we have to deliver to the address given on the Paypal account. This is due to Credit Card fraud and if we post to other addresses we are not covered for fraud.
