| Q:Do I get refunds for items returned to you (seller)? |

| A:Refund may be given if return of item is due to postal error. Buyer get refund only for cost of item MINUS postal charges and minus 5% of iotem cost as commission charges. |
| Q:Do I get refund for item returned to seller? |

| A:Only item returned due to unclaim or wrong address. Buyer only gets back money for the price of the item MINUS shipping or postage charges and also minus 5% of total item cost (as admin/handling charges). Buyer inform seller of bank account number within 2 weeks of notification by seller, or forfeit the refund. |
| Q:What happens if item is unclaimed by seller? |

| A:When item is unclaimed by seller, buyer may reclaim item from the main POS Malaysia office (a distance away) upon request by seller. However, seller must pay a 5% commission on the cost of the item (plus shipping) and extra postage charges to have the item resent. |
| Q:Wht happens when item is returned to seller? |

| A:Items returned to us may not be sent unless it is requested by buyer. Buyer MUST pay double postage charges plus 5% commission on the price of the item, to have the item resent to them. |
| Q:Purchase of items under Textbooks |

| A:We do not ship items under textbook categories to destinations outside Malaysia. |
| Q:How much do I pay for postage charges? |

| A:Postage charges including handling are specified for each item listed. Discounts are given for combined shipping as specified in our store pages. No discount for shipping is given for items under textbooks category. |

| A:Payment must be by PayPal (in currency stated)or by Bank Deposit or transfer (in Ringgit only), unless otherwise stated in the item description. Buyer must pay before we ship. |

| A:Buyers pay according to currency stated in the item listing. Preferred payment is PayPal and Ringgit Malaysia. For Buyers in Malaysia, Bank deposit/transfer payment, in ringgit, is preferred. Buyer MUST pay all bank commission charges, especially if payment is through cheque. |
| Q:Can the item be sent to any address? |

| A:Any item purchased will be sent to the address listed as the buyer's eBay postal address. We do NOT ship to post boxes. Destinations we can ship to varies according to items. |

| A:We ship by Pos Malaysia (National Postal Services of Malaysia) only and by registered post or parcel post. Postal or shipping charges are specified with the item. Buyer pays according to destination and postage specified. Buyer pays additional charges if EMS shipping is specified or requested. |

| A:Destinations shipped to are specified for each item. We ship to destination serviced by Pos Malaysia only and reserve the right not to ship to certain destinations. Please contact us before buying. We do not ship items in the textbooks categories, to destinations outside Malaysia. |

| A:Shipping discounts are given for purchase of 2 or more items from all categories except textbooks. Discounts and sales are specified at 'Shipping Discounts' page, store pages or description of the items. |

| A:The time taken for you to receive an item depends on destination and shipping method. Please check time-frame at Pos Malaysia website. We ship items by POS Malaysia. |

| A:You pay for the price of the item plus shipping charges to your postal address as specified for the item. |
| Q:How do I pay by Bank Deposit Payment? |

| A:Buyers will be notified of the Bank Account to pay after purchase of the item. Please click the 'PAY NOW' button to get details of account number. Or click PayPal if payment is by paypal. Buyer must pay in Ringgit within 5 day of purchase. |
| Q:What happens if I click buy now than ask for a discount afterwards? |

| A:Once a Buyer clicks Buy Now - buyer must pay for the full amount. No discount can be given once buyer commits to buy. |
| Q:How long do you take to reply messages? |

| A:We normally reply within 1-2days. Please note that the store is normally closed on all public holidays in Malaysia and on Friday and Saturdays. However, we respond to messages sent and will post items to you even on our holidays. Notice of long period of our holidays (>3day) will be posted at our store pages. |
| Q:What happens if I give a wrong postal address? |

| A:If the item is sent back to us, buyer MUST PAY DOUBLE the postage charges for the item. PLEASE CHECK YOUR POSTAL ADDRESS BEFORE PURCHASE. No refund is given if the buyer chooses not to have the item resent. |
