Please read carefully to understand how our postage system works & what are the specific charges. Please do check back here from time to time as there might be changes.
LOCAL SHIPMENTS
Please do not ask for registered mail or any other type of shipment as all that will not be entertained as we use our own courier service - SkyNet, reason being so that we are able to track the location & whereabouts of your items, preventing unnecessary item(s) loss. You can also track your items by keying in the tracking no. we give you at the website mentioned below:

Unless specifically mentioned in listings that items are FREE POSTAGE items, otherwise all shipments will be using the courier service mentioned above.

RM6 for up to a maximum of 3KG ( RM1.50 fro every subsequent 1KG thereafter )

Since our location is in the Penang Island, anyone who desires to save postage can do self-collection at Tanjung Bungah. Please contact us to arrange time of collection. Strictly NO C.O.D. Payment must be done before self-collection can be arranged. In any case, item(s) can still be sent to you with the normal charges applied.
East Malaysia:
RM12 for every 1Kg
**[Outskirt Areas ( 30KM away from major towns ): RM33 maximum 1KG for East M’sia ( RM14 every subsequent 1KG thereafter )]

DELIVERY TIME
All items will be sent out either on the day of payment or the next day depending on the courier pick-up cut off time. For Peninsular Malaysia, items will arrive the next working day ( excluding Saturday unless upon request, can try to arrange but no promises ) or latest 2 days; for East Malaysia expect to receive your items 2 days from the day of delivery ( although occasionally as fast as next day ), latest 3 days.

FREE POSTAGE ITEMS
All free postage items will be sent by normal mail, so please take note that items will not arrive the next day but it will take some time. Once item is posted, we are not responsible and cannot guarantee the arrival of your item as handling will be by the post office. For guarantee of arrival or upon urgent request, we can send your item out in order that you'll receive your item the next day via courier service but charges are applicable - please refer to above. Otherwise, all will be sent through normal mail unless we're giving out free postage by our courier which you will be notified before hand. |
